Thank you Chewy. The way he threw I would have liked to have seen how far he could have been extended but no complaints about wrapping this one up.

For all those wondering why Forbes only really is pitching 5 guys recently... here is your answer. Kinda scary stuff. Our 4(+1) are elite... but there's not one single guy otherwise I'd trust to get an out in any kind of tough situation. Kinda late to have anyone emerge with a level of consistency at this point.
This is my post earlier in the night. I really don’t understand why he doesn’t throw more. I know he doesn’t have the measurables… but he throws strikes and usually gets the job done. I do trust our coaches, just wonder why we don’t use him more.
We're going to have to find one or two more dependable arms soon. Time for these guys to step it up.
Our ~5 is good enough to win everything beyond the regional especially with rest in Omaha. But if we have to use Walker or Glauber for more than an inning in the 1-4 game it could get dicey
State got to 2-0 in Omaha and was set up perfect only using 5 arms in competitive situations in 2021. It’s a small margin for error though.
Yeah and offense has to really pull more than its weight, that’s my big concern
Basically same position as last year. A tad disappointed in the fact that no one has stepped up as that 6th guy
I'm right there with you. He has D1 experience starting. Great control. Good off speed. Just doesn't throw hard. I trust him more than a few others. I think he could be vital for us in the postseason
I thought I must’ve been the only one. He’s actually throwing about 92 some now so I don’t think he has been far behind some others .. He just seems to be a a pitcher that knows how to get people out . And not walk many..
I'm confident last nights' performance bought himself new opportunities this weekend and in the post season.
