I listen to a lot of 90's hippity hop. A lot of Sevendust, Incubus, Tool, APC, stuff from that era. Listen to some harder stuff when I'm exercising.
I think Incubus' early albums are very slept on.
SCIENCE, Make Yourself, and Morning View I listen to on a regular basis. I still like some of the other albums, but IMO those 3 are their best work.

I absolutely love old school Buffett. Check out those playlists i posted. And stick figure are you kidding me i never get that one.
Althea is my absolute favorite song in the universe until something comes and knocks it off the top spot.
I also love old school Buffett and not just the songs you know by heart. There was a very active Buffett thread on our old board that kept up well beyond his death.
I love Stick Figure, love the beats, the messages, the vibes. Great live experience too. Also enjoy some of their contemporaries like Slightly Stoopid, Pepper, Elovaters, Movement, Dirty Heads, etc.
I'm mostly hooked on jam/live performances whether that's the Dead, jam, bluegrass, jamgrass, or reggae/dub/ska.
Listen to a lot of full concerts of Billy Strings, Greensky Bluegrass, Grateful Dead.
Hard for me to choose an absolute favorite song but Althea is a good one!

I really like how funky and jazzy some of the early albums are. Anti-gravity love song is one of my favorites off of SCIENCE.
I don't expect many of these guys are exactly swell chums. Still good music to me. And you're right about Flaming Lips. Great live show.
Cake's music is good, yes. Self titled album only in my opinion. Live though, on the same plane as the Gallaghers. The guy can't help but toot his own horn and act like he is God's gift to humanity. If something doesn't go his way, cuts the show short and leaves. Way past the "swell chum" stage. Complete tool.
Tool is good, just don't drink his wine.
