6'11 barefoot for Moreno....
Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiccceeeeeeee.

His measurements kind of indicate he's going to go in the late first round as being predicted.

Momcilovic did ok in shooting drills but the other purely athletic testing he was bad. Same with Graves I think. Hopefully one of them gets word they’re not a first rounder and we land one. I don’t think Malachi is a first rounder at this point unless someone takes a flyer on him.

Moreno's measurements are why he doesn't need to do much at the combine. Individual workouts for teams are what will make the difference for him. At the end of the 1st round he's a steal.... as long as you can wait for his potential ability to have an impact. Certainly don't want to got to a team who doesn't develop bigs very well.

Sadly, just a continuation of Wizards management. They probably will select DP, and he plays half the season...

Dybantsa gives me RJ Barrett vibes. Great scorer but what else does he do to help you win games? I’d take him first but there’s questions. I’d take Boozer over Peterson. And if Acuff showed any desire to guard I’d probably take him over Peterson too. Peterson has a lot of work to do to make people believe he cares about winning.

But being an extremely bouncy quick jumper with a 7’3” plus wingspan easily makes up for it. Bidunga’s game pretty much epitomizes the concept of “ plays bigger than his height.”
Bidunga gets off the floor extremely quick.
He reminds me a lot of Andre Riddick off the floor.
Riddick was a phenomenal speed-dunker and rejector.

By the way, the Wizards would be a nice coaching job. I see them as jumping into a playoff team next year and the year after next up to near the top of the Eastern Conference. They've got Saar at center who seems to be improving at a rate that should leave him an All-star pretty quick and AD at the four with another pretty good young wing besides Riley who looks like a future star(sooner rather than later) and a couple decent point guards. Dysbanta would be the missing piece.

Ultra-quick hops are rare, but really impact rim protection.
Ben Wallace also comes to mind ...
Yep, for rebounding and interior defense, how quickly you jump can be more important than how high.

That’s what made Dennis Rodman so special. He didn’t have that high of a vertical, but he was the quickest damn jumper I’ve ever seen. Seemed like he’d go up and down three times in the time it took other players to jump just once.

Bidunga has a similar pogo stick type ability.
