There is a red-headed Indiana boy that some don't like...Is Roush the most unlikable person on KSR?
Thought he was from Kansas? There is a red-headed Indiana boy that some don't like...
Yeah I can't imagine their coaches are smart enough to watch several years of tape of Oregon's offense. They'll be so confused they'll truly be blind and running around in circles while we roll down the field with little resistance. They won't know what to do. *Boy we have some dumb fans.I read the article and agree with many of the points Roush was trying to make. Alabama is still a good team, obviously, but they are no longer the juggernaut they were under Saban. And Roush is correct that Bama will be coming into this game largely blind about what we'll be doing on offense and defense. And as he points out, Bama under DeBoer often starts the season out a bit underwhelming. And he's known for having one or two complete stinker games each season.
While it isn't certain or even likely, the notion of Kentucky surprising this Alabama team early in the season isn't far-fetched at all. We have an improved team, greatly improved coaching and schemes, a new attitude and will be able to throw a lot of things at Alabama that they won't be expecting. With an energized fan base, we'll have the stadium rocking and it will be a hostile environment for Alabama to play in. And of course they'll be breaking in a new starting QB on his first real road test. If we can come out and play our A game and not make a bunch of mistakes, this is certainly one of those games where we have a decent chance to pull off an upset.
Not necessarily unlikeable; just very fan girlish. I think he and Jones have predicted 10-2 for 10 straight years. Brock Vandagriff dark horse Heisman candidate and other nonsense without any objectivity makes him a fan girl hack.Is Roush the most unlikable person on KSR?
You hope UK has an improved team, coaching and schemes. Stein has never coached s game so nobody really knows.I read the article and agree with many of the points Roush was trying to make. Yep I've heard this silliness for years like Lexington, Ky. is the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field in mid January. It almost never is. There's been a couple handfuls of really really cold November games in the last 50 years. I never understood the idiots who act like Florida or other deep south teams would freeze to death if they come to Lexington in November. I remember attending Curci's last game against Tenn. in 1981 and it was brutal. Florida in 1986 was awful too (a front blew in that Friday night and game time temps were probably low 20s and it did bother Florida. But very rare to get a really cold game here. It’s why I always argued against “Oh let’s get Florida in November…”
As if Kentucky is arctic. November can be some of the nicest weather.

Great post and I agree 100% ! But, it’s still dumb to give them anything to get them fired up even more than they would’ve been. lol. It’s going to be tough enough. I believe we have a great chance and hope we can pull it out.I read the article and agree with many of the points Roush was trying to make.
