One thing we've seen as the season has progressed is the synchronicity of Gallaher and Schaffner in the middle turning two.....especially Gallaher's turns at second. Been good all year, have been elite turns in the last couple three weeks...... that's a big deal that's not highlighted enough IMO.

Hynek is not fast and French often grounds out, so it takes the DP off the board

We were just discussing this in the box, command is always something seen in even the best freshman. You can see in the dugout as he paces around he does not like it. Only one hit with the five walks and the two induced double plays shows just how nasty and effective he can be. Huge ceiling for the youngin
Another way to look at it, he only threw 8 balls in the non-walk at bats.
He obviously knows what he has to work hard on over the summer/fall. If he can fix that, oh my.
