Desanto with a quick TD, tries for a lace but can't get it. 2-0. Another quick TD, gets a gutwrench and 3 quick turns. 10-0 in 1:07.
I'm sure this has been discussed many times before, but how are the US team members chosen? Desanto is a great wrestler, but he placed 4th at the US Open and Flo Shows him ranked 6th in the US at 61kg. Do they offer the opportunity to US wrestlers in order of national ranking, and the first person to accept gets to go?

Finals are set:

61 - Austin DeSanto all techs into finals
74 - Kannon Webster all techs into finals
86 - Zahid Valencia all techs into finals (some pain on delivering a gut wrench ... uh oh)

53 - Rodriguez into bronze
59 - Nette - the only way she can lose the gold is if she loses and Brazil or Canada pin their opponent with 11 or 9 points on the board already, respectively. Unlikely.
65 - Miracle into virtual round robin final.
76 - Welker into finals
