Can’t sell out Rupp anymore I guess. I was at a handful, and no way it was anywhere close to 96%. Not even close.
Dem Boahz Shur Luuked Too Nite (as we barely beat a middling team at home).Pretty impressive on a down season.
And those ****'s removed 3,000 seats too.
I didn’t make any this past season. Can’t sell out Rupp anymore I guess. I was at a handful, and no way it was anywhere close to 96%. Not even close.
Never heard me say that. I was hoping Pope would be gone and that we’d have a new coach.Dem Boahz Shur Luuked Too Nite (as we barely beat a middling team at home).
This is the problem. MOST fans don't really give two *****, they're there to just support their favorite team, results be damned.
Tickets got sold But not used? Can’t sell out Rupp anymore I guess. I was at a handful, and no way it was anywhere close to 96%. Not even close.
Then Syracuse should be number one according to this logic. It helps that we have a massive arena
Takes the fans caring too. No one gives a **** about Syracuse basketballThen Syracuse should be number one according to this logic.
I concur and Syracuse. Still, your logic makes no sense.Takes the fans caring too. No one gives a **** about Syracuse basketball
If Duke's or Kansas' arenas could hold more fans, their averages would be boosted. A lot of passionate fan bases could get close to our number.I concur and Syracuse. Still, your logic makes no sense.
No. MT was only correctly pointing out that "it helps." Meaning that if Rupp could only hold 12,000 it would be impossible to have the highest average home game attendance. Because Syracuse's Carrier Dome holds more only means that they could have surpassed UK if they had enough fan interest. Other teams, on the other hand, could not regardless of fan enthusiasm for going to home games. Then Syracuse should be number one according to this logic.
I think you might be right about Kansas but I doubt very seriously if Duke could,, North Carolina has 4 major Div1 teams in the state which I'm sure splits up the fan bases along with Duke being a small private school ,which many of their graduates leave the area. The only Duke fans in N Carolina are their graduates for the most part.If Duke's or Kansas' arenas could hold more fans, their averages would be boosted. A lot of passionate fan bases could get close to our number.

your perception different from mine. Can’t sell out Rupp anymore I guess. I was at a handful, and no way it was anywhere close to 96%. Not even close.
There’s a difference between being sold out and attendance. There are a lot of seats and season tickets people don’t show up for. Barney’s always been great at fudge and the numbers that’s one of his true callings in life. He really is a corrupt P O S. He’s been doing this kind of stuff. He does it for football too. There will be nobody in the stands and they’ll announce 60,000 in attendance.your perception different from mine.
