Next year's team has the potential to score at a higher clip than year 1, obviously there's no guarantees but we had a 1 armed PG, now we have 2 PG that can get to the rim, more 3 point shooting imo, Wilkins 40% catch & shoot, Morton 38% McBride 40%, Kam shot 41% at Tulane (potential is there) Hawthorne is said to drill 3 after 3 in practice (I think he's gonna be hard to keep off the floor) like i said above, key word is "potential" if we somehow land the Iowa St kid (MM) then the 3 point shooting will be insane.

There’s a 24 minute highlight video on YouTube, there’s plenty of times in there where he creates his own shot off the dribble. So either you have not watched it or you’re in denial. He’s definitely not just a spot up shooter.
Even if that is true, which it isn’t, the dude shoots 50% from three. With two guards who are very good at penetrating, it should create spacing and he’d either have plenty of room to shoot, or they will guard him and it will open up the middle.
I don’t think he knows what spot up shooter means. He shoots from three a lot because, well, he’s really good at it. He comes off curls and just rises and fires in people’s faces. That one legged Dirk fade away is money.
I believe he lead the NCAA in 3 pt % and made 3 pointers. Not sure if that’s ever been done before.
