Just no words for how stupid that inning was. No point at all in risking Tomas for one more inning. It's 8-1, let the bullpen do their job. Our 1A ace is out with an arm injury, so you let 1B rack up 115 pitches and let him leave at 8-3 instead of 8-1? What are we doing?
Don’t be over dramatic. We sent him out there on 89 pitches. No big deal. Neither 115 total.
