The gap in age between the two makes for some funny questions/segments
I’m as hopeful as anyone about McPherson because having him back in any capacity can be a game changer.Hadad keeps saying he doesn’t think we can make it out of a super. Does he not realize McPherson will be back? 4 innings from him in a three game series would be huge.
My 12 year old son died out laughing from the backseat, and said: "what is this guy, an idiot?"I may not recover today from him not knowing the name of the frog in the Muppets.
That’s funny. Muppet Babies have made a comeback. I guess he’s outgrown it now, but my youngest was obsessed with the new version for a good while. He’d go to bed with the theme song looping on his Alexa.I may not recover today from him not knowing the name of the frog in the Muppets.
For that matter we could just win the first 2.Hadad keeps saying he doesn’t think we can make it out of a super. Does he not realize McPherson will be back? 4 innings from him in a three game series would be huge.
I’m in my forties and couldn’t name a muppet character outside of Kermit and Ms Piggy. That dumb @$$ show always freaked me out as a kid.

Not even Gonzo or Beaker? They mean you no harm. The comic relief in that show was pretty high.I’m in my forties and couldn’t name a muppet character outside of Kermit and Ms Piggy. That dumb @$$ show always freaked me out as a kid.

His mic sounds muffled for some reason.Does anyone else have trouble hearing/understanding Carlo? ...or maybe it's just me.
Fact!Does anyone else have trouble hearing/understanding Carlo? ...or maybe it's just me.
It's not.The mic is apparently on the opposite side of the room as Carlo.

I guess I kinda recognize him, but honestly, my childhood revolved around Gunsmoke, Lonesome Dove, hunting and fishing with some Clint Eastwood and John Wayne thrown in for variety. I don’t think I ever watched a complete episode of Seasame Street or anything like that. If we watched cartoons it was generally Buggs Bunny or Batman. Whatever dad could force himself to watch long enough to keep us entertained. You really don't know Fozzie? Maybe you're a little too young, but the variety show was hilarious in the 70's and early 80's. They've made several movies, been on commercials and tv and just in the general zeitgeist forever.

Kermit starting his own primetime show after his role started to get reduced on Sesame Street was one of the biggest flexes on TV.
It's not.
