Rutgers men's golf is set to compete at the 2026 Big Ten Men's Golf Championships, held May 1-3 at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club in North Plains, Oregon. The three-day championship brings together one of the nation's premier conferences as the Scarlet Knights look to close the spring season on one of the biggest stages of the year.

It was a big deal if RU had 1 or 2 B1G Golfers of the Week. Look at it this way. Of the 11 times the team hit the course and 2 entered as an individual, they earned that recognition 4 times.

Adding the 4 teams from the West has made it much more difficult to find yourself finishing near the top of the B1G. The team showed they had the players to do it this season.

In the two events where they faced the strongest competition, this and the Steelwood back in the Fall, they finished 4th and 2nd. Can't explain what happened between the two but they finished on a high note.

It will be tough replacing Koenig and Zatorski but if they start off '26-'27 with a threesome of Espenshade, Downes, and Politano, you have a chance to really build something.

Good job all year TT on trying to promote the Olympic sports.
