Why is Pat McAfee running on the roofs of a bunch of port-o-potties.
I know we like to joke about Pope on here (i make jokes about him regularly), but I really hope Pope's time here doesn't end ugly. Really hope he just walks away before it gets too bad.
People call us Pope haters, but nothing could be further from the truth for most of us. I like the guy and respect what he did here as a player. I just want the program to be in capable hands. Being a former player doesn't give him a pass.

I honestly believe we will be better than the internet experts are saying. For those who say he can't coach the mm he hasn't had a healthy point guard both years.
He hasn’t had a healthy PG his entire coaching career? His record is what it is and he hasn’t won anything of significance at all. What we have been the last 2 years is statistically who Mark Pope is as a coach.
I won’t celebrate next March when Popes fired he’s almost killed himself trying . I will celebrate the next hiring if it’s a proven big fish
The fact he even admitted that is super telling. He should have been fired or stepped down for health reasons that day. However, the way he is running this program makes me want to eat a bullet so who am I to judge?
