With his half assed head coaching search. I think most would agree that if he would’ve made the right hire he would’ve gotten his $1 million a year position. Not saying it’s right because I don’t think that it is but he definitely wouldn’t have gotten as much backlash that he has if the basketball program wasn’t in shambles. When you’re successful, people keep their mouths shut. This whole thing has backfired on him and the arrogant prick is getting exactly what he deserves.

I bet he despises Mark Pope right about now!

How bad does it have to get before Mark Pope decides he needs to resign or Mitch does the right thing and let's him go. UK is the laughing stock of College Basketball Fans around the country!!!

Barnhart gets ultimate blame, but let’s also lay some on whoever above him allegedly (per KSR) strictly forbade him from even having a conversation with coaches like Oats or Pearl. This was a team effort by a group of better-than-thous who worried more about squeaky clean images than winning, all the while making backdoor deals to line their own pockets.
