Mark Pope is basically the main character of a comedy at this point. The whole world is laughing at him.

Bro, you know what the deal is. Mark Pope cannot get elite talent. He is an awful recruiter. In this day and age where it’s all about the money recruits are taking LESS money not to play for him.

Pope can’t land major recruits so he’s got no choice but to go this route. It’s sad to see it come to this but he’s desperate. I’m going to watch every game and cheer for the team but I expect another year placing any where between 5th-10th place in the conference.

We really whining about a bench player who's to come here and be a bench player. Who's playing in the second most competitive league in the world. Go look at what TJ leaf is averaging in the euro league and he was pretty good as a freshman at UCLA.

Pope is our coach. I didn’t hire him nor like the way he coaches especially substitute patterns. BUT I am a diehard Ky fan & as long as he’s the coach I will support the players & the coaches against all comers. To hope for a season that’s a disaster is against my beliefs.

Pope really is playing chess while the rest of the college basketball world plays checkers. He had the foresight to know this wouldn’t be Santos’ best game, thereby allowing Pope to negotiate from a position of true strength. Money saved. Other suitors thrown off by the stats. NIL wizard.

Santos can hit the 3 and is good in zoom actions and handoffs because of his size. He's also supposed to be a high bball-IQ player and this team sorely missed that last season. I actually like what he can provide for our guards and it should also help Moreno out because this guy is a better player than Brandon Garrison will ever be. I actually think this could be a strong signing despite his play today. The big question mark seems to be his ability to defend. Foul trouble is likely what hurt his effort today because it sounds like that's what happened when his output is poor in games before.
Another frontrunner player who pours it on when all is going well and curls up when facing any adversity actually sounds like the perfect Pope player.

Prize picks is getting better but was horrible when it first came out. That’s the most money I ever dropped on a bet. Just a casual thing. Don’t bet every week.
