Horn threw 59 pitches on Sunday. Why in the world is he pitching tonight on one day rest????
Obviously Bolt and Childress have pushed a lot of right buttons to get to 31-10. But pitching Horn last night is just incompetence, and really was not in his long term best interest. And why Childress keeps rolling out the same pitchers who haven’t improved in 4-5 years is questionable at best. Give someone else a chance, and build them up now before the post-season rolls around.
9-5 Huskers, bases loaded with one out and failed to add more than one run
Yeah, would have been nice to give the pen some more cushion. Need to put this game down and then take the series tomorrow.

Heck yeah!!! I was tuned in earlier and we had left 11 runners left on base compared to K State leaving one. At that time we were down 6-4
Thats when I started watching (6-4). You cant count this team out. Tied it up in the B7th and I thought, they got this. Sure enough. Here comes Stokes as the announcers say.. He's O for 4 on the night and he's due. And boom.. single down the lf line for the win.
This team is fun to watch.
