It won’t be enjoyable but he is a dead coach walking. The new regime needs to focus on a new bball coach first and foremost. I wanted him to succeed but next year will be terrible.

It’s sad that we have to waste an entire season. He has to know he’s done. We all know it.
A real admin would have seen this coming and fired him as soon as the season ended.
I sat through this same BS with Stoops and the football team. He "deserved" another year, because he won 10 games twice. Oh well.
There are several on this board, myself included, who has been saying this was not going to work out since early last season. The writing was clearly on the wall. It’s sad when those of us who do other things for a living have a better grasp on things than those that should. It’s not rocket science either, it was a really easy call to make.
