I think this is more about Adidas being open to him wearing Nike gear at Kansas then Nike giving in.

How many long term contracts that donā€™t benefit the university do we have to endure? Why be so devoted to Nike, even if they donā€™t help in recruiting? Particularly when Adidas is actively doing it for our opponents?
