I hope the same thing happens with Howard (he was 28% from 3). Love his motor, but being undersized, I think he really needs to improve his outside shooting. Otherwise it's tough for him to score around the rim consistently against Big 10 opponents.

Well I think we ALL know the NCAA will not do Iowa any favors and make a quick decision. For some reason they don't like us, our coaches, WHATEVER.
While he got bent over, you can't relate it to anything happening now. NO one could have foreseen the idiocy of what's going on now.
I've read the NCAA anticipates a decision hopefully in May.

I may be off a bit in the details, but back in 95, stud incoming Fr. LB, Vernon Rollins was held up by the NCAA Clearinghouse and it took a few games for them to finally say he's good to play. That's my first memory of the NCAA jerking Iowa around.
what happens if we just play the guy from game 1? if he's cleared all's good. if he's not, forfeit a few games and pay a fine at some point in 2029 ?
They would definitely not clear him if Iowa did that I'm sure. I'm still ticked over the drew ott deal. Ncaa blows
