...the entire outfield lounge spot that was turned over to corndogs.
I don't know who owns it.. but you gotta sweep that guy's leg.

Whoever did that needs to be barred from buying a spot for a very long time....the entire outfield lounge spot that was turned over to corndogs.

You use term FANS liberally. NOT OUR FANS!Charlie complaining about opposing fans sitting in an empty section in the outfield?
Damn I’d hate to hear his complaint if opposing fans were sitting in very premium seats then, for say, basketball.
Did you go to USM?**When I was in school, about half of the students from South MS were active LSU fans. Pulled for State unless we were playing LSU. I’m sure a lot of that still goes on today.
Right. Like I've been saying. The season ticket holders make money off having access to tickets. They profit having them. That's why someone needs to figure out how to increase the price to help cut that out and supplement the cost.I heard that too. Said it was the whole section.
That happened to me in football. Season tickets next to this guy, we talked MSU all season until the Bama game and he showed up on crimson. “That’s just the way I was raised” was his excuse. Some clown from Columbus. I changed sections the next year. When I was in school, about half of the students from South MS were active LSU fans. Pulled for State unless we were playing LSU. I’m sure a lot of that still goes on today.

i'm 39, how i grew up as well and still what i see mostly. State and OM don't give a 17 about the coast or getting their money, so it's all LSU here. When I was in school, about half of the students from South MS were active LSU fans. In Hattiesburg, I'd bet that 90% of their 10 "fans" are actually LSU fans.Did you go to USM?**
Same. Pearl River County is nothing but corn dogs. When I was in school, about half of the students from South MS were active LSU fans. Pulled for State unless we were playing LSU. I’m sure a lot of that still goes on today.
Well in Louisiana everyone is an lsu fan no matter where they went or if they went there it's funny listening to them talk thinking you just a fan of their favorite team just because. Always trying to convince others to be a sidewalk fan. I have no affiliation so I'm not gonna be a fan sorry.i'm 39, how i grew up as well and still what i see mostly. I had a friend from Monroe that went to Northeast back in the day. He always had a sticker on his ride that said “LSU alumni by choice”….Well in Louisiana everyone is an lsu fan no matter where they went or if they went there it's funny listening to them talk thinking you just a fan of their favorite team just because. That sounds about right. Don't think you know how that works sir. I always ask them if the school they went to beat lsu if they are unhappyI had a friend from Monroe that went to Northeast back in the day. He always had a sticker on his ride that said “LSU alumni by choice”….
That seems like bullshitt to me. I have a ton of friends on the coast who are huge loyal State fans. They come to every game they can in every sport, despite the distances to Starkville and the proximity to Louisiana. State plays a baseball series down there every year. We recruit players from down there every year. The summer speaking tours go down there every year. What do you want State to do to prove the "give a 17" about the Mississippi coast?i'm 39, how i grew up as well and still what i see mostly. sure, lets punish everyone because there are a few bad apples. I'm a chairback holder and do not sell my tickets, always find someone to use them State fans only. Know several other holders that do same. Raise the price enough and I will be forced to begin selling them to offset the cost. I will never let these seats go, but I can be priced out of my generosity.Right. Like I've been saying. The season ticket holders make money off having access to tickets. They profit having them. No it's not all ticket holders but just go take a look at the tickets for sale and what they cost online.
They raise football prices when we suck and you can't give the tickets away but we ask for pennies on baseball and they make profits on their seats when the team loses money.
Not really.. sure, the plaque may say Joe Blow Law Firm, Don’s Dental Practice or The Little Bank that Could.. but the individuals behind the checks are not “corporate”. No doubt the AD knows every one of them on sight.I take it, that some of these locations in the outfield are funded by business or corporations as travel and entertainment.
And, I suspect the Dog fans that have those spots, are required and expected to host others, and the Corndogs are getting that benefit.
