I agree but that’s true for many of those qualities. Take me for example: do you think I can lock down Kevin Durant even with maximum effort and motivation? lol no. People do this with rebounding as well. Everything comes down to effort…lol no it doesn’t. Effort is majorly important, sure, but there’s a whole lot more to it than that.

I have no ideas why that was brought up again but I would rather have my eyes doused with acid than to relive that game.
Since it was brought up, scouting the opposition… getting the team to play hard every game… recruiting…being the ambassador of the program in general. That sulking and being short with the media after a loss (which there were many) needs to stop. Grow some balls and get angry, that kill them with kindness is some hippy dippy crap and won’t work here at Kentucky.

Moreno reminds me of a slow fat kid. Noah reminds me of a lost slow fat kid.
That’s why I wasn’t super pumped hearing Moreno was coming back. He played with very little effort all year on defense. The Gonzaga game was really bad, for everyone.
The last position you want low effort is the 5. How does Pope motivate him, but offering him Jolly Ranchers?

When people on here call me a pumper, they need to look at the post you quoted. I have been very critical of Pope and the players, but I also know that this team was broken, injured and divided. That's still not an excuse to play like you don't care and that's exactly how the team played against Gonzaga.
What do these guys think they are accomplishing with all negative comments.
I could care less what they think but they are annoying because I can't read the comments from decent and knowledge fans.
