great landing spot for him
Yep He is not a power back that will run you over. He is not overly fast speed wise but he can make people miss . He can catch the ball out of the backfield. He needed a team that fit his style and KC in one of those teamsThat’s a good fit for him
Walker did have a big year last year. But he has been injured. EJ can fill the role to help keep walkers touches down a bit. After the addition of kenneth walker combined with what they already have , that seems like a weird pick to me for the Chiefs. But since they are my favorite team , i'm all in... Just did not see that ahead of time.
But they didn't re-sign Pacheco and don't seem to want Kareem Hunt back. So Johnson gives them some RB depth.I like this for the Chiefs, but they already got Walker from the Seahawks. So I question the move, but welcome aboard EJ.
Walker is an every down back . Emmett is a situational back.I like this for the Chiefs, but they already got Walker from the Seahawks. So I question the move, but welcome aboard EJ.
Alot of NFL teams go 2 or 3 deep at rb. Every team needs at least a solid #2 rb.I like this for the Chiefs, but they already got Walker from the Seahawks. So I question the move, but welcome aboard EJ.
Agreed! I mean...I might be wrong but this pretty much means he will get a second NFL contract.great landing spot for him
I believe Pacheco signed a 1-year deal with the Lions.Strange selection being that KC signed Walker from Seattle and still have Pacheco. But as a Chiefs fan I’m excited.
5th round. Backup. Cheap.I like this for the Chiefs, but they already got Walker from the Seahawks. So I question the move, but welcome aboard EJ.
This. All your RBs should be on a rookie contract. With the occasional exception.5th round. Backup. Cheap.
