Except for the first seven seconds and the last 3 - solid quarter for the RU defense. The offense is impotent.

Marginally competitive but there was never a second where anyone could’ve realistically thought Rutgers could win. The longest NCAA drought in the conference continues.

Good effort.. we got some guys back but not enough. Our fogo being out was an obvious huge problem. Shows you how more NIL and scholarships are needed. Maryland has a kid from NJ who is buried on the depth chart and was the best fogo his senior year. They portal Dodge and grab another great freshmen who was playing in Carrier. Their recruiting an exercise in building depth. They lose one of the best defensemen in the country and don't miss a beat. For us, 10 goals winning 2 faceoffs is a solid effort. Just tough to win against even a decent team with that faceoff disparity.

Guys gave it all the have. On to the offseason and building back. We've already got one portal addition at a position of need and more coming. Good seeing *most of you guys. Going to be around here less and less so I wish you all well. Go Knights!

After last night's semifinal loss to Penn State, it looks like the 24 year streak of making the NCAA's will end.

They played a brutally difficult schedule (as they do every year), but this year they managed to lose to the elite teams. Close games, but they lost. Even though a softer schedule would have benefitted them this year, I hope they don't go that way.

It's a perfect ending to the most dismal year for Maryland sports in a long time.

Good luck to all remaining teams...

A slow start then injuries. Losing a '25 1st team AA defenseman "Defensive Player of the Year" doesn't make for a great season. To adapt a quote from Ah-nold "They'll be back"
