Dude. Piss or get off the pot. .260 with 30 rbi isn’t cutting it.
Thought he’d for sure be gone to the draft after this year….looking more and more unlikely at this pointDude. Piss or get off the pot. .260 with 30 rbi isn’t cutting it.
This is exactly what I was thinking during the gameHe needs to move out of the 2 hole but who do we have to put there? Do we just move everybody up and stick him at 5th?
Need to dump the LRL and put our best hitters in order. I do love Hull in the 3 hole.I mean I don’t love it either but he would be the only one if we’re committed to alternating L/R
Haha. Everyone on this team gets pitched straight up without worry! His struggles have nothing to do with “protection”…. He’s not seeing pitches well at all (does not seem to be recognizing pitch type out of the hand at all, is watching good ones go by and swinging at others he shouldn’t be. Dare I say he looks a lot like Vance did up there a lot of his time here without the pop or speed. Seems to be a late bloomer each year, but I feel like this is worse before the rise and later before it starts. He doesn't have anyone behind him teams fear.they can pitch him carefully.
I would switch him and Cooper in the batting order. We don’t sacrifice anyway. And Cooper actually runs pretty well. This is exactly what I was thinking during the game
Love your posts and input. However, Hull hits behind him and has been our best hitter lately not named Jake. Teams are actually challenging him. He doesn’t walk much.He doesn't have anyone behind him teams fear.they can pitch him carefully.
Some how these things seem like they are batting 1.00020% of his season rbi total in 1 game. Pretty productive call-out thread.
