Not a great ratio from Jason there. If he starts pounding the zone, I think he can go very deep in this game tonight.
Lot was said about the catcher, but weaver is beyond slow to the plate.
Jonathan Lucroy quoted the video last week of BC stealing all those bases and said he was 1.7-1.8 to the plate and a catcher has no chance if the pitcher is over 1.5
Like there’s really no regard at all for holding the runner when he goes to the plate.
I saw a lot of criticism of the stadium on the boards, but I have to say it looks really good on the broadcast… At least the field. Not sure about the seating.

I mean the actual field of play is really nice minus points for the artificial turf, but the rest of the facility isn’t great. I do enjoy watching from down the lines though.
