This was the reason. She wanted to play. You could tell she started pressing some at the end of the year with limited minutes. She wanted to prove her worth when she got on the floor. She forced some things.

She almost won us the first Louisville game by herself. She then did not play at all against Dook in the first game if memory serves. CB lets the players know before games who maybe will not be playing. That news in the Dook game was perplexing given Dook's athleticism.

I wish her well. Seems like a great kid.

She is a great kid for sure. CB brought her to one of her radio shows; Matt interviewed her for one of the segments and then she answered some questions afterwards. Very well spoken; and just a delight! I wish her well also.

I posted that I thought TH not playing in the first dook vs UNC game hurt her feelings. She played a little
in the home game but she was the only girl that got regular minutes up to the dook in derm game
that did not see the floor. I hate she is gone.

Yeah, this won stings a little. I hated to see her go as well. I was hoping she would go to Ohio State so that we would not have to play us. Clemson is building for sure. I wish her nothing but the best. I kind of feel the same way about LG leaving too, but I do understand.

Poignant IG post from Taliyah. I've often thought about these aspects of transferring; have not seen any other posts of this nature from any of our other players who have transferred away in the last few years.
