This was the reason. She wanted to play. You could tell she started pressing some at the end of the year with limited minutes. She wanted to prove her worth when she got on the floor. She forced some things.Reading between the lines in the Tar Heel Tribune article from yesterday I think she was disappointed to not have a bigger role in the UNC/Duke rivalry this year especially since her family had flown in from Phoenix for the game at Cameron. That may have played into her decision to leave.
Really hate to see her go esp to a conference foe. I hated to see Teonni Key leave a few years ago but at least she transferred out of conference.
She almost won us the first Louisville game by herself. She then did not play at all against Dook in the first game if memory serves. CB lets the players know before games who maybe will not be playing. That news in the Dook game was perplexing given Dook's athleticism.
