My slow friend that should have been easy. There are hundreds of people that read these forums and only a few simpletons fall for such weak trolling.
Don't those payments have to get approved by some commission because there's no way Oklahoma state is giving that much of their revenue share to women's basketball so would have to come on the nil side. And I help payments supposedly have to go through some commission for approval and that seems like a lot for women's basketball players.
Hopefully she invests it in a good index/income fund and enjoys the proceeds as a second income.

It does not take much to justify the NIL. A few sponsorship deals and it's perfectly with in the rules.
That was my understanding as well, that NIL payments had to be hashed out to some commission (that the recipient was actually doing something), so they weren't just giving them a bag-o-cash...
