Some of us joked about this becoming a reality, and here we are, Pope is in contact and meeting with players in this range, absolutely surreal and speaks to where UK is at. I’m all for getting depth and bench players, though that should have been balanced out with high potential incoming freshmen.

The scary thing is we don’t have a starting 5 yet, those guys are not emergencies to be brought off the bench. They are who we will be counting on. But, be realistic everything is fine

Oh definitely some will likely start, McBride for example.

I only know of one poster on this site that has called Pope a B+ recruiter. Only one idiot — me. Moments like today, all of BBN can be upset about missing out on a recruit we desperately need. That includes me as well.

Mark Pope needs to pull a rabbit out of a hat or the heat might be too much to keep going.
