Explain “hearing”. Elaborate.
Every time someone makes a source-less claim about when/where Stokes is committing, he delays his announcement by two weeks. At this rate, he's going to be the top recruit of 2045.

Look at the rosters Ky - KU & Oregon are building - The Nike Summit & Jordan Brand games gave Oregon & Nike the inside track. Stokes went West for high school & loves it out West.
