Ya I get what you’re saying. But this isn’t just the baseball team. It ain’t fair to them. But they are carrying the weight of our entire fandom. Every thing else absolutely sucks. They are our only hope to keep from dropping the plugged in toaster in to the bathtub.
Tomas has 7 wins with 4 SEC series plus post season remaining. His ERA is 2.03 thru 6 SEC weekends. The last MSU pitcher with 10 wins in a season was Ross Mitchell in 2013. Tomas should be 9-0 but our bats let him/us down in a couple of starts. We are very quietly watching a really damned special season from our Friday night guy.

I think he pitched great except for one pitch, but he is a warrior! Very cool dude!
That one pitch wouldn’t have even happened if Blue hadn’t squeezed the strike zone in an earlier at bat.
Yeah. Really impressed with the way he battles & usually manages to have a pretty good start even when he doesn’t have his best stuff & things are going against him.
