Idk how everyone hasn’t realized these guys use UK and play Pope like a fiddle. No top player wants to play for him. Somehow we get zooms and visits but as soon as that happens they go elsewhere. Under Pope UK is nothing more than a bargaining chip for elite players.

I don’t know stokes or anyone in his camp but I still feel we are in good shape with him from everything I’ve heard. I’ve been believing in us getting Stokes since well before it was popular
back in January when everyone was saying Kansas. The Stokes recruitment has been one of the stranger ones I remember, so much misinformation these days. I know Momcilivic from working with Iowa State the past 2 years.
Wilkins isn’t going to be nearly as expensive as you’d think. From everything I’ve heard we should be getting both, I’m actually surprised the Booms didn’t come today but the portal in the current state is uncharted territory. Lots of big programs with massive exits and looking to reload, I’m personally glad our staff is taking their time and being smart about it. Everyone panics over that but I think it’s a smart play.
There is Nike money for stokes, that won't be for anyone else. However, that still frees up the share that UK would put in for Stokes.
