Hurley is reportedly pitching the idea of them playing alongside each other instead of it strictly being two guys for one position. I haven’t completely given up on getting Freeman, but it unfortunately seems like the Hines signing isn’t closing the door on UConn being an option for him.

Not sure about Hurley doing that but Jim Calhoun, according to other coaches, was one of the most unethical recruiters in the country. Maybe it is a UConn thing?

And Pitino wasn't? Lol

Hines is really good - will be their starting C, Reed-like. Was like 65th ranked recruit last year.

Not sure what is going on with them as it comes to Khamenia/Freeman. They need a 4 - so Khamenia is either a 4, or a 3 if Mullins doesn't come back. I can't think they take both if Mullins is back. Hard to know - and not a lot of info on Mullins. If Mullins doesn't come, it would free up a lot of $$ they could throw at Freeman and Khamenia. No way they're doing all 3.
