Who's the best to have never won one?

I'm leaving out guys currently on the roster.

Kolat doesn't qualify because he won twice at Lock Haven.

There were a few more I wish I could have listed as choices. Mention them if you think they should have been.

Add Tim Wittman who went 4,7,6.

The impressive thing was placing 4th while being 8-11 going into the NCAAs. Plus he had a pin when Penn State beat #1 OKST 21-20 his freshman year.
