He may not be having the best night at the plate but great backhand grab and toss over to Paulsen
Nice outing from Padgett. If you could get an inning safely from him reliably it would be a big help
Nice win guys! Would've been easy to overlook this one. Players and fans alike have to circle the wagons this weekend. Biggest regular season weekend in quite some time.
i wouldn't bet GT will have anywhere close to 5-6 errors ... i could be wrong, but weren't all the errors throwing errors

Oh, I doubt they will, just would be really happy if they did.
I still expect a loss at some point based on the odds but our midweek record to this point is ridiculous. Credit to the staff and team for staying focused on every game.
UCLA is one of the most dominant teams we’ve seen and they lost a midweek game to UCSB last night. LSU and Florida have lost to Bethune-Cookman in back-to-back weeks. It’s really hard to win all these games.

I think what really helps us in these midweeks is the high school pitching recruiting. We’ve not done as well with position players lately but the only guy that sees time on the mound as a transfer is chewy. It helps to run high potential arms out there every Tuesday. Jackson Rose would start on the weekend for most every ACC ball club, and for that matter so would Walker, Caden and probably Boston as well just based on pure stuff.
the pitching we’ve seen the last 2 years isn’t normal. We haven’t had a high draft pick but just quality arm after quality arm.
cudos to the staff for getting and retaining such good arms and for the work they done in the portal the last 3 years. I’d be hard pressed to find better deep dive portal work done by many other teams. There are obviously flashier names going places, but the work done to identify a Donofrio, Tyson Bass, Jake Schaffner, Cooper Nicholson, Madera, etc ain’t run of the mill.
I think this is what has shocked me the most by Forbes. His ability to recruit stud HS pitchers and find some absolute studs from the lower ranks
