I think so. When we got AD we were very well established as a heavyweight. Great that we got him and fair enough to say that in retrospect it would be hard to say for sure that Cal could have won a title without him.

But we were a force and legitmate royalty in that era whether we got AD or not, even whether we won that title or not.

When we got Mashburn we were in the dumpster. When we got Wall we were in the dumpster. Right now we are in the dumpster.

If we get Stokes, Stokes will be a very big deal for Kentucky.

I can say FOR SURE, Cal would absolutely NOT have won a title without him. LMAO

EDIT: This isn’t a “gotcha” post. Always liked you as a poster. I just see no way in the world Cal wins one minus AD.
