This should give you a good estimate on the total cost. Also, Stokes is supposed to command around $7 million or so alone.
If the budget is $22M, you could easily spend $17M on those four and still fill the roster

If we get wright, I just don’t see Diallo joining us. Seems like he would rather be the primary guy and wherever Wright is , he’s the leader. Some very good backups who work be great for us with him though and would save some money for a great shooter. Definitely need a good backup point so we’re not in the same position as last season but these more out there. Nice problem to have.
I could see boosters throwing in more if he manages to actually get those players. They probably won’t say “no” if he actually pulls it off. They’re not going to screw him out of spite. They just don’t think he’s capable of pulling it off. I believe someone on Twitter mentioned that he got some extra NIL money?
I remember seeing the budget this year closer to 15 million…could be wrong of course but that’s why I asked. Hopefully we can still bring in 2-3 quality bench pieces if this happens.
But!, if we start getting a team that fans believe can compete for a title and get everyone excited, the money will easily come. Just saying if we’re close and we need some more for a great player who could put us over the top it will be done. Too many ways to get a couple extra endorsements or whatever. I’ve heard the same thing but things can change depending on the guys we start getting. Stokes Wright and Freeman would open up the bank a little more I’m guessing if we happen to land them all. The big guy from UConn to backup center, a couple good shooters, and a good backup point to go with who we have and I’d be willing to play anyone anytime. I think they can make that work if they get those three this week.

If we got all of them, the injury bug would have one out before the season opener. Another out before SEC play. And another out before SECT. Pope is snake-bit in terms of injuries.

Bench depth is nice because we're snake bitten but most teams truly only go 7, maybe 8 deep.
You get Wright, Diallo, Stokes, Freeman, Moreno, Kam and that's already 6 truly good players. Throw another decent guard in there and a decent big and we're rolling.

On his twitter he has a picture of the boys with the signs and one has Donnie on it and he posts that's the 3rd name.
