apologies, in advance for the rant

i certainly don't know how many on this board (that follow and comment on the game threads) watch (and LISTEN) to Forbes' post games ... he provide soooo much context on so many aspects of the game and team

... i feel that if more did, the knee-jerk, opinion posts would be soooo much less negative and question decisions that, with just a little bit of insight into Coach's philosophies and ideologies, they might "take a beat" before exercising their right of reactionary posts with what many times appears to be minimal, rational reasoning

i say all this, not to call anyone out, but to consider posts that prompt discourse and not belittlement (especially about players) ... i'm certainly guilty of allowing my emotions to get the best of me (i.e., Tommy had to remind me of this during todays game :cautious:)

... i'll step away for awhile

as always ... GO HEELS

I think that we were all stressed out, and some people said things that they normally wouldn’t. We all love the Diamond Heels though. That being said, does anyone have any clue what the situation is for the Clemson bullpen? I know they used a lot of arms today.

It’s a simple concept. Critical is fine but at least carry some rational behind the posts. The trolling and inciting just to get a rise out of folks is what makes message boards - certainly not just this one - toxic. The play, not personal shots at players….that can and should be the focus.

And the games are long. How many times have we seen folks post and rip, then vanish when things turn?

I’m of the if you wouldn’t say it to the persons face, don’t say it here. If you think you would, well there’s ample opportunity out there for that too.

As for the game, safe to say Clemson folk were absolutely stunned today……

As usual, awesome post game interviews, especially coach Forbes. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We are so lucky to have that man as our coach. Every player in America should want him as their coach.

i really don't think it matters (i would suggest that sponsoring scholarships would be better than either of these ) ... the point was to encourage fans to find avenues to financially support our Diamond Heels
