According to 24-7 this morning, #5 ranked player in the portal, was really hoping we would get him.
I don’t understand why that’s even allowed to happen. A player shouldn’t be allowed to transfer that muchAmazing to think this will be his fifth school in 5 seasons.
Yeah, absolutely deplorable this is where things are at, unfortunately.Amazing to think this will be his fifth school in 5 seasons.
I don’t see how the colleges can continue to do this and win the argument these athletes are not employees. There is no way to argue this is a student progressing towards a degree. Credits won’t transfer (legitimately) and most universities require 60 credit hours at their university for transfer students to get a degree.I don’t understand why that’s even allowed to happen. Oh 100%, though this guy would be an immediate impact player for UK, likely SEC POY, averaged 23 and 5 last season.I don’t see how the colleges can continue to do this and win the argument these athletes are not employees. It is not the problem of the athlete but the universities who continue to ***** themselves out for the athletic department.
Don’t disagree but if this is to continue the athletic departments are eventually going to break away from the colleges, pay a fee for the name and then it will finally be recognized as what it is—minor league basketball/football trying to survive by masquerading behind some loose college affiliate.Oh 100%, though this guy would be an immediate impact player for UK, likely SEC POY, averaged 23 and 5 last season.

Very high probability of being the SEC POY.He’s going to put up stupid numbers in that system. SEC difficulty is going nowhere
Great scorer, but hasn’t translated to any success anywhere he’s been. He is the worst example of players today imo. Everyone wants money obviously but he’s a pure merc.According to 24-7 this morning, #5 ranked player in the portal, was really hoping we would get him.
Yep, I’m sure getting an education is top priority with this type of new “college” athlete…Amazing to think this will be his fifth school in 5 seasons.
His stats were that high because he jacked up a crazy 18 attempts per game and dominates the ball on every possession. And then he jumps to a new team at the end of every season.Oh 100%, though this guy would be an immediate impact player for UK, likely SEC POY, averaged 23 and 5 last season.
No.That guy was a volume shooter on so many bad teams. Black hole type.
Were we recruiting him?
He shot 49.8%.His stats were that high because he jacked up a crazy 18 attempts per game and dominates the ball on every possession. And then he jumps to a new team at the end of every season.
His game personifies “me” over “team.” Which is why his teams never win squat.
God dammit I don't get to say WHIFFFFFFFFFF
