I doubt anyone here knows anything about him, so not much to analyze about his impact.
I know a little. He scored 27 on us 2 years ago at Presbyterian. He was a solid guard on a George Mason team I watched a good bit. He’s not a traditional PG but is a combo guard that is a capable scorer. A good and consistent 3 pt shooter at every stop.
