I think the staff is shaping up! Look at what you have when you talk about success as wrestlers turned coaches. We now have Sammy sasso, Ashnault, and labs. Let’s see how this plays out now! Let’s these guys work!

With that All Star lineup as assistance. If there's no success next year , then there really has to be a solid conversation about letting goody go. Or at least put him in a position that is administrative

I guess that depends on how we measure success. Is it by team score? Number of AA’s? I don’t think anyone other than Knox has a shot to get on the podium. Maybe Cotton if he goes on a nice run.

I don't think at this point in Goodale's tenure that 1 or 2 AA's a year should not be expected. With the occasional 3 to 4 AA's in a great year. I credit him for bringing the program from dead to Top 20. But we're not even consistently Top 20 at the end of the year anymore. That to me is completely unacceptable.

Which is why I believe he needs to shake up even more of the staff. I have no problem if Goodale wants to be the figure head. But he needs top notch assistants if he wants to continue in his role as head coach.

Was expecting more positivity from u SCNJ lol.. Barbosa, SCW, Harer could have a shot depending how much they improved but that’s a big if… plus we dunno how good younger Harer might be yet..

I’m generally positive but also fairly realistic. I’d be stunned if Brandt Harer is on the podium year 1, and just as stunned if Connor Harer is on the podium this year, though I think both bros can get there at some point. I think Connor, SCW, Barbosa, and Cotton are all in the R12-R16 range this upcoming season.

Knox is the only wrestler I’m confident will be on the podium.

My recollection of Ashnault's coaching impact at RU was that everyone's top game was improved and everyone had developed an ankle pick.
