Heard there was some toxicity amongst players and jealousy of playing time. Rumors at best
Paying for those soft comments he made after the Vanderbilt loss apparently. Also, Schaffer was very inconsistent with his rotations and 5 Star Players like Crump, and Carlton sitting the bench for long stretches. Shocked by Jordan Lee going in the portal though. With her being from California, wouldn't be shocked if UCLA picked her up.
I don't know anything about Texas, but I read a piece yesterday breaking down how the portal has just become a default option for many players. You just had a great season? Portal. Good season? Portal. So-so season? Portal. Bad season? Portal. Didn't play due to injury? Portal.
I heard from a few people on Reddit that there was a fight in the Texas locker room after the UCLA loss and chairs were thrown. These girls didn’t like each other.
Hoping for these girls to spread out into different programs. Texas is going to have to get into the portal now to compete unless 1 or 2 of these girls withdraw from the portal.
Not surprising. Vic allowed Madison Booker to just jack up shots and made all the other players complementary parts. If I were a teammate, I would have wanted to fight too. 3-23 for Booker against UCLA? Around the time you are 3-15, you need to think about any shot you take beyond a lay-up.
