He's been calm and focused in his two long interviews this week. He seems very confident. He talked at length about winning the Scottish Open last year and what it meant to his belief in himself!
Question for better golfers than me here which at this point would be just about everyone............
Chris is known as having a lower ball flight with less backspin than most. Is that something that could hurt him at a course like Augusta National with it's notoriously fast greens. Along with the wind today and tomorrow, they may be super fast.

He'll still be one of the top players in driving distance this week, when he is using his driver.

Solid 2-under front nine for Gotterup today. A good back nine will definitely have him in the mix going into the weekend.

Phenomenal shot, but like on 13 and 15, where he hit bad drives, he made perfect trouble shots to good spots to at least make par likely and birdie possible.
