Only two you listed I use to post. But years ago you gave a tip advice on a Beach House in Santa Rosa, the lady who owned it sold it. great location and pretty private.

I remember freshman year while other guys in my dorm were downloading pirated music or porn on limewire, I came across SPS and felt like I had found the dark web
