That press conference is deeper than most realize. It was a big smoke screen to get attention away from some bad things

I agree. But it also felt good. It gave us a morale boost. It did take the attention away. Pope started off as good as anybody could of . Beating Duke was huge. He just couldn't keep the momentum going because we as fans can only carry him so far. He can't really generate hype or excitement on his own. Downward spiral.

At the end of the day your still looking at a turd that Mitch Barnhart *** delivered, and hasn't been so kind to flush yet. Instead he's leaving it for the next guy to deal with. A 3 year old turd at that point. I'll see my way out now :poop:

How about we just let the chips fall where they may? Another bad season and we’ll either be looking for a new coach or will have already hired one by this time next year.
I wanted Pope to succeed here and he has one last chance to prove that he can.
It could be a great turnaround or an epic failure….none of us know what will happen.

How is that your mentality about something you’re passionate about? “Just let the chips fall where they may”. I don’t get it. You clearly care to some extent bc you’re posting on here

What are fans supposed to do? Shrug their shoulders and move on? If fans move on, there won’t be a team to come back to because without fan support UK is no longer UK.

I never understood why people get mad at other people being angry at the direction UK is going toward.

Pretty much everyone knows.

Pope doesn’t deserve another month at UK. Much less another season.

And he may not get it.

If he does get a 3rd season he won’t finish it.

When he enters Jan with 10 losses he’s gone.
