I don’t want to be downer but this all just feels like one step forward two steps back.
Right now it feels like we’re fighting to build a roster that could reach last years level instead of adding the pieces needed to take a step forward.

Hopefully we add that decommit Jones or something

It felt the same way three years ago when KTW & Adams left, plus Tshitenge retired . Then we landed Gakdeng, Donarski and Nivar. Even trade at worst.

That is hard to do consistently of course in these short transfer recruiting seasons with only above average money to spend. But lest see how it plays out.

This is why the top brass at UNC is going to have to help CB and Staff with money. You cannot expect a coach to go deep in the NCAAT but you don't give her the resources needed to advance deep in the NCAAT. Then you look at Duke and their AD and top brass is giving Kara the resources to bring top elite talent in to make a deep run. We are doing it for Men's football, basketball, and baseball but for some reason CB has to beg, plead, and fight to get help. I just do not understand why the top brass does not want to help her advance further. Can we get Michael Jordan or someone to give a donation of $500,000 to help with NIL money or any other big time donations.
