Just wait, after it’s all said and done, we will be ranked around the 32-35 range. Close enough that if we look halfway decent at the beginning of the season we would able to jump into the Top 25 after a couple weeks. IMO

Pope 💯 knows this is it. He has to absolutely crush the portal.
Like a top 5 talent roster. Or this off season will be death, long before the season starts.
I actually believe he will get it done.
Guess we will see.

Really it doesn’t matter. Everyone can see that Kentucky era Cal and the pre season stuff is gone, it’s settling in. Kentucky is probbaly not thought of to land any high impact players under Pope. I don’t think it’s realized enough that Pope has never landed high impact players in 12 years. He’s not going to start now. We will likely enter the season unranked. It’s been obvious he was headed downhill.

So ridiculous to put out ranking now with the portal just opening today. Kansas, Louisville, and many others don't have enough players to play 3 on 3.

Respecfully, we don't evne know who is going to be on the team.

Moreno and Potter I think are confirmed. Hawethorne...maybe?

It's ridiculous they're doing early top 25's before the portal opens. So many of these teams won't look anything like they looked this season.

Too early for rankings, for any team, but we’ll know in less than two weeks if Pope’s plan was to pad his daughter’s trust fund, or if he actually plans on staying past next season.

Stokes and his first 3 portal additions will tell the entire story, well before a single game is played.

Bet any amount of money we will be ranked higher than 32-35. Heck we’re alert at 28 on Rothstein’s with Trent Noah starting. UK will end up top 15-20 when all said and done. Still not the gold standard, but there won’t be 32 better teams on paper to start next year.
