How could our coach pick Jasper over Mullins?
I’m not satisfied. I wanted UConn to loose by more Not for betting purposes. Just wanted to see them get their butts kicked.
I can't believe Vegas had the spread at 6.5. Everybody knew it would be Michigan by 6.

I can understand in hindsight why you would say this. Jasper was a highly ranked high school player from the Lexington Kentucky area. It was kind of a no-brainer to take Jasper. I would also argue that if Mullins had been put in the same position as Jasper was this year. He would not have succeeded like he did at Connecticut this year. Mullins was not asked to do much this year. His biggest strength was being a shooter and that’s what they asked him to do. If he was asked to be put on the ball like Jasper was this year. I don’t think Mullins would’ve done any better than Jasper in that role.
It was like watching a reunion of elite guys Pope whiffed on: Mullins, Yaxel, Demary Jr.
If Pope lands those three guys and puts them with Aberdeen and Oweh, it's probably UK who is cutting down the nets last night.
Hind sight is 20/20. A 5* SG prospect from Kentucky? We would've crucified Pope at the time if he let JJ walk.
