Blackwell is not an athlete; not at all Oweh-like, but he is a very good basketball player that can create shots. Crafty, strong enough to create space, good shooter with a quick release, not really a quick finisher at the rim. Reasonable defender but not to be matched up with quick, small guards.

I'd rather offer 4 million on the elite transfers than pay 750K for guys that don't get in the game or 2.5-3.5 million for JQ to ride the bench all year.

Well if Pope wants the best portal guys or recruits we will need to overpay what others are offering to get them here or have a shot . Its just the new reality here wether we accept it or not - I dont like it either. Recruits dont care about the school.anymore its the money and the coach. If we can pay what we paid for the players we had last year - why is it that much of a stretch to pay alot for 2 potential star players . Only would want Somto if Moreno leaves .
