The new evidence released by the Director of National Intelligence confirms that the Obama administration manufactured and politicized intelligence, which was later used as justification for baseless smears against President Trump — an effort to delegitimize his victory before he even took the oath of office.

The truth is that President Trump never had anything to do with Russia, and the Russia collusion hoax was a massive fraud perpetrated on the American people from the very beginning.

The worst part is that Obama knew the truth, as did all the other officials involved, including former CIA Director John Brennan, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former FBI Director James Comey, former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and many others.”

A federal grand jury was empaneled in the Southern District of Florida toward the end of last year.
Public reports have confirmed that the following individuals have been subpoenaed as witnesses:
• John Brennan (former CIA Director)
• James Clapper (former Director of National Intelligence)
• Andrew McCabe (former FBI Deputy Director)
• Peter Strzok (former FBI counterintelligence agent)
• Lisa Page (former FBI lawyer)
• James Comey (former FBI Director), who was subpoenaed just last week.
These high-profile figures—along with numerous lower-level officials tied to the 2016–2017 Russia investigation—received subpoenas at various points, with some issued as early as late 2025 and others in subsequent waves.
So far, reports suggest that more than 100 to 130 subpoenas have been issued in total for this investigation, which centers on the Russia probe and the Intelligence Community Assessment.
A typical federal grand jury consists of 23 members, and at least 12 must agree to return an indictment.
This panel has now been deliberating for nearly 90 days, reviewing what is undoubtedly a massive volume of evidence and documents.
No one can say for certain how this will end, but when the Director of National Intelligence has repeatedly stated on national television since July 2025 that the Obama administration orchestrated a seditious conspiracy aimed at undermining the U.S. government, it’s reasonable to expect significant developments ahead.

Newly released documents reveal:

Judges Beryl Howell and Boasberg (both Obama appointees) secretly conspired with Jack Smith to bring charges against President Trump in an attempt to overthrow the United States government ahead of the 2024 presidential election.

Jack Smith indicted Trump on 37 federal counts in Miami in June 2023 for lawfully storing presidential records at his Mar-a-Lago estate which was protected by Secret Service agents.

Trump was charged with 31 counts under the Espionage Act of willful retention of national defense information and 6 other process crimes stemming from his conversations with his lawyer.

In other words: the Russian Collusion conspiracy hoax never ended- this time around they used the U.S. justice system to take down the U.S. government.
