Women’s portal opens at midnight tonight. Men’s portal opens midnight tomorrow night. Only then can a school officially contact, recruit or offer transfers. On the other hand if players transferring have procured an agent I think the agent can have been in contact with coaches or vice versa. Someone correct me here if I am incorrect.

A lot of the top guys have already known where they want to go or which handful of schools they will consider. The rest will test the draft and some will wait until later on to commit or leave. You may find a few later on who aren’t sure or want to visit places but they will be guys nobody expected to enter or lower ranked.
