I think that we will hear some significant weeping and gnashing of teeth over the proposed cuts as identified in the President's budget for next year. In reality the people raising the loudest voices likely won't know what is exactly what is included in the line and where the money goes.
In my mind, we should be asking "why is the federal government paying for this?"
